What is the shelf life of your products?
Arcadia Beauty products typically have a shelf life of 1-3 years and should ideally be used within 6-12 months after opening for optimal freshness and efficacy. You can find the manufacturing date and expiration date on our packaging.
How can I be notified when a product that is out of stock becomes available?
To receive a restock alert, simply click the 'Notify Me' button on the product's page and enter your email address. We'll email you as soon as the item is back in stock.
Orders and Payments
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Just navigate to the product you wish to purchase, select your desired option/s, and click the 'Add to Cart' button. Once you're ready to complete your purchase, click the 'Checkout' button in your cart, and follow the instructions to enter your shipping details and payment information.
Can I change or cancel my order after placement?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please click "Contact Us". You can modify your order if it has not yet been confirmed; once confirmed, changes are no longer possible.
I received a damaged item/incorrect order. What should I do?
Please reach out to us at shop@arcadiabeauty.ph with your order number and a photo of the item (for damaged goods), and we'll make it right by providing a replacement or a refund as per our return policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return Policy
How do I place a return or exchange?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from our store. That's why every item is thoroughly checked for quality and packed with care before we send it out.
However, we know that sometimes things can go wrong, like getting damaged, wrong, or incomplete items. If that happens, here’s how we can help:
- Report Immediately: Email us at shop@arcadiabeauty.ph within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof Requirement: Send us clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Return Conditions: We can’t accept returns or replacements for items that have been used. If your item is damaged, please send it back as you received it, in its original packaging.
Replacement or Voucher: If we can't replace your damaged or missing item, we’ll give you a voucher for the same value. You can use it to buy anything else from our store. Please note that price adjustments for the new item, if any, will be at the customer’s expense.
